  1. Here’s my quick and easy recipe – raw pasta sauce on spelt noodles or thin raw zucchini strips.

  3. How do I keep it simple in the kitchen…well… I try to follow my weekly menu, I prep my food ahead of time such as when coming home from shopping I will seperate certain items into portions I know I will need throughout the week, and I try to do as much as I can in the morning before our days gets to crazy so when it’s time to get supper ready some is already done and just waiting to be finished up.
I also don’t plan over the top meals for the weekdays, I like to keep them simple, easy and as quick to prepare as possible. On the weekends I don’t mind spending extra time cooking, but during the week I like to get things rolling quickly so I have more time to spend with my kids and husband after not seeing them all day.
Another biggie is I don’t like alot of clutter and things on my counters. The less I have to deal with and the less there is to clean, the easier and simpler my day goes.
    Thanks for the chance!!

  4. I keep it simple in the kitchen by prepping all my fresh produce when I get it home including peppers, cucumber slices, carrots and celery so it’s all ready to snack on. If it’s already ready and waiting for us, we’re likely to eat it over the junk food, and it makes packing snacks for my SO’s lunches a sinch! :)

  5. I try to keep things simple by keeping all my veggies cut up and together in the refrigerator. And all the same things together in the pantry. Then I don’t have to go searching all over the fridge and pantry for the things I need to cook my meals.
