You know you want this cookbook. Anything that includes “big” and “orange” in the title must be amazing.
This is my review copy – which reminds me, I need to write a review of this cookbook before I give it away. And since the giving away will happen exactly one week from today… (Note to self: write review).
To enter (and win, maybe!) simply make a comment below which includes one quick kitchen tip: some way you get things done in a hurry, are more efficient, use up leftovers, or some other savvy kitchen quick idea.
So on Friday, February 27, I’ll draw a random number from the comments below and that person will be the winner!
Note: I’ll compile all the tips and use them in some future publication, either blog post or article or ebook or newsletter. By commenting with a tip, you’re giving me permission to use said tip in said future publication. If you’d like, include your web/blog address and your first name and I’ll give you credit in said future publication. Okay. Semi-legal jargon over.
GET ENTERED TWICE: Mention this contest, with link, in a blog post, then comment or trackback with the post URL and I’ll add your name to the drawing again. That’s twice the chance you’ll win!

(From Terrie not Steve) When I see bell peppers (of all colors) , green onions, and jalepenos, I purchase them, cut them up and put them in freezer bags in the freezer for when a recipe calls for them. It makes for quick recipe preparation.
Clean up as I go. Helps me stay organized. Also to double check all my ingredients beforehand to make sure I have everything on hand.
I always make a big chicken or something on Sundays and use all the leftover meat for recipes that call for shredded chicken breast. Like tonight we are having chicken and biscuits using leftover chicken from Sunday! YUM!
What a great giveaway! I would love to win this book for the vegetarian recipes. I’ll bet she has some good ones!
I read about this tip not too long ago on someone else’s blog and have used it ever since. I brown all of my hamburger meat for the week at the same time and put it in the fridge. When it’s time to make something with hamburger in it, I get to save time because my meat is already browned and ready to add.
I prepare all of my recipes for the week and do all my veggie chopping and prepping for all recipes on Sunday. This cuts down on time spent cooking and cleaning up knives, food processor, bowls, etc. Love your blog! Thanks for the chance.
